Job description

  5. Managing team of 5-8 Designers and Developers.
  6. Handling around 8-10 client requests on a daily basis.
  7. Daily work assignment to Team.
  8. Sharing daily work updates with clients.
  9. Providing solutions to clients needs.
  10. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  11. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  12. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  13. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  14. Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  15. Providing administrative support as needed.
  16. Undertaking project tasks as required.
  17. Developing project strategies.
  18. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  19. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with PMG/Dev teams to get the information for new projects
  2. Infra and Application pre-requisite to be prepared in consultation with infra and PMG teams
  3. Infra and capacity planning based on concurrency
  4. Raise an ICM / Firewall requirements
  5. Close coordination with multiple stake holders like System/Network/DBA/Dev/3rd party teams.
  6. Regular status update to be provided and escalate If necessary
  7. Prepare Monitoring SOP / Escalation Matrix
  8. Sign off the new application/project before going live and hand hold till smooth functioning of application.
